Do you have a minimum?

We have an $300 minimum order for delivery.

How far do you deliver?

We are located in Saint Louis Park, MN and will deliver anywhere in central Minnesota. Delivery will be included in your proposal and is based on how much you've rented, where your event is, venue restrictions, and delivery and pick-up times.

Do you allow pick up of rentals?

What happens if something gets lost or damaged?

If rental items are damaged, lost or stolen, the renter will be billed for the cost of the repairs or full replacement of the items.

Do I have to return the dishware cleaned?

Yes, for the safety of our staff, please return all plates, flatware, glassware cleaned. All dishware has been sanitized and packaged for table ready usage. Any dishware, flatware, and glasses returned uncleaned will incur additional cleaning fees.

Do you make personalizade backdrops?

Elegance Events Designs Inc. is an expert event design company that was founded with the need to create places, our backdrops are personalized to create that design that you have imagined.

EVD RENTAL POLICIES 

 RESERVATION

All rentals must be finalized at least 30 days before the event date with full payment. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you are responsible for the entire rental agreement.

Payments will be accepted in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

By signing, the renter agrees to return the rented items in the same condition that they were received; if rental items are damaged, lost, or stolen, the renter will be charged for the cost of repairs plus a 10% up-charge for having to replace items.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Items of equal or greater value may be exchanged for other items of equal or greater value.

If any changes occur, the invoice is revised, and the customer's signature is required for approval.

You can add items up to one week before your event date.

RENTAL PERIOD

Our rates are based on "Daily Rate," which we define as a maximum of 24 hours. This allows for delivery and set up the day before the event, a full day of event time, and one day for tear down and pick up. We provide same-day delivery and pick-up if necessary. We also offer semi-weekly & weekly rates with an additional charge.

DELIVERY

Our warehouse is in Saint Louis Park, MN and we deliver anywhere in the metro area. Delivery will be included in your proposal and is based on distance, load, team size, and site restrictions.

Delivery cost includes the time and labor from the stockroom to the event location, delivery of furniture and rental items, placement of furniture and installation of backdrops, and pick up of furniture or items at the end of the event.

Deliveries or collections are made outside our normal business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays 8-pm.

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY POLICIES:

We require a 2-hour lead time to deliver items and a 1-hour lead time to pick them up.

All guests should be clear of furniture; tables completely clean and free of flowers, decorations, linens, glassware, porcelain, and cutlery that are not part of the rent.

If an event space is not ready for delivery, your event is extended, or if rental items are not ready for pickup at the agreed time - you will be charged $75 for every 15 minutes of waiting time. Someone should be available at your event venue and available to sign for delivery. Additional delivery fees will be charged in cases where we need to return for a second delivery or collection or in case venue doors are locked or not accessible, or the rented furniture is not on site.

Rental items will NOT be delivered to an outdoor location to be left in the rain. A backup rain plan should be established in advance, such as a tent or other indoor area. EVD reserves the right to cancel delivery without notice if a suitable location is not available.

RESERVA

Todos los alquileres deben finalizarse al menos 30 días antes de la fecha del evento con el pago total. Si cancela dentro de los 30 días posteriores al evento, usted es responsable de todo el contrato de alquiler.

Se aceptarán pagos en efectivo, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Discover o American Express.

Al firmar, el arrendatario se compromete a devolver los artículos alquilados en las mismas condiciones en que fueron recibidos; Si los artículos de alquiler se dañan, se pierden o son robados, se le cobrará al arrendatario el costo de las reparaciones más un recargo del 10% por tener que reemplazar los artículos.


CANCELACIONES Y CAMBIOS

Los artículos de igual o mayor valor podrán ser cambiados por otros artículos de igual o mayor valor.

Si se produce algún cambio, la factura se revisa y se requiere la firma del cliente para su aprobación.

Puede agregar artículos hasta una semana antes de la fecha de su evento.


PERIODO DE ALQUILER

Nuestras tarifas se basan en la "Tarifa Diaria", que definimos como un máximo de 24 horas. Esto permite la entrega y el montaje el día antes del evento, un día completo del evento y un día para el desmontaje y recogida. Proporcionamos entrega y recogida el mismo día si es necesario. También ofrecemos tarifas quincenales y semanales con un cargo adicional.


ENTREGA

Nuestro almacén está en Saint Louis Park, MN y realizamos entregas en cualquier lugar del área metropolitana. La entrega se incluirá en su propuesta y se basa en la distancia, la carga, el tamaño del equipo y las restricciones del sitio.

El costo de entrega incluye el tiempo y la mano de obra desde el almacén hasta el lugar del evento, la entrega de muebles y artículos de alquiler, la colocación de muebles e instalación de telones de fondo y la recogida de muebles o artículos al final del evento.

Las entregas o recogidas se realizan fuera de nuestro horario comercial habitual de 9:00 am a 5:00 pm. Sábados 20 hs.

OTRAS POLÍTICAS DE ENTREGA IMPORTANTES:

Requerimos un tiempo de entrega de 2 horas para entregar los artículos y un tiempo de entrega de 1 hora para recogerlos.

Todos los invitados deben estar libres de muebles; mesas completamente limpias y libres de flores, adornos, mantelería, cristalería, porcelana y cubiertos que no formen parte del alquiler.

Si un espacio para eventos no está listo para su entrega, su evento se extiende o si los artículos de alquiler no están listos para ser recogidos a la hora acordada, se le cobrarán $75 por cada 15 minutos de tiempo de espera. Alguien debe estar disponible en el lugar de su evento y disponible para firmar la entrega. Se cobrarán tarifas de entrega adicionales en los casos en que necesitemos regresar para una segunda entrega o recolección o en caso de que las puertas del lugar estén cerradas con llave o no sean accesibles, o que los muebles alquilados no estén en el lugar.

Los artículos de alquiler NO se entregarán en un lugar al aire libre para dejarlos bajo la lluvia. Se debe establecer de antemano un plan de respaldo para lluvias, como una tienda de campaña u otra área interior. EVD se reserva el derecho de cancelar la entrega sin previo aviso si no hay una ubicación adecuada disponible.
